2015, durante a Conven\u00e7\u00e3o do Clima em Paris (COP21), o Governo de Mato Grosso lan\u00e7ou a Estrat\u00e9gia Produzir, Conservar e Incluir (PCI).<\/p><p>A PCI foi constru\u00edda com o objetivo de captar recursos para o Estado de Mato Grosso objetivando a expans\u00e3o e aumento da efici\u00eancia da produ\u00e7\u00e3o agropecu\u00e1ria e florestal, a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o dos institucional. Em mar\u00e7o, o Decreto Estadual n\u00ba 468\/2016, al\u00e9m de institucionalizar a estrat\u00e9gia no \u00e2mbito do Governo do Estado, tamb\u00e9m criou o escopo principal de seu sistema de governan\u00e7a. Foi criado o Comit\u00ea Estadual da Estrat\u00e9gia Produzir, Conservar e Incluir (CEEPCI), colegiado formado por entidades p\u00fablicas, do setor privado, entidades representantes e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es socioambientais.<br \/>O objetivo do CEEPCI \u00e9 o de ser uma plataforma de integra\u00e7\u00e3o de atores e agendas com a\u00e7\u00f5es que convergem para as metas. As decis\u00f5es no \u00e2mbito do comit\u00ea s\u00e3o tomadas preferencialmente por consenso e, quando de sua impossibilidade, \u00e9 realizada vota\u00e7\u00e3o por meio dos blocos, o que permite a inclus\u00e3o de novos membros que possam contribuir, sem promover o desequil\u00edbrio entre o n\u00famero de institui\u00e7\u00f5es. As compet\u00eancias do CEEPCI s\u00e3o relacionadas \u00e0 aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do planejamento das a\u00e7\u00f5es para os tr\u00eas eixos da PCI (Produzir, Conservar e Incluir); ao acompanhamento da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o e cumprimento das metas da PCI, e \u00e0 defini\u00e7\u00e3o da estrutura de governan\u00e7a e mecanismos de capta\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2782\" aria-expanded=\"false\">2017 e 2018<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2782\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2782\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p>Entre 2017 e 2018, o CEEPCI tamb\u00e9m avan\u00e7ou em um processo de planejamento estrat\u00e9gico, mapeando mais de 200 iniciativas em Mato Grosso relacionadas \u00e0 Estrat\u00e9gia\u00a0PCI, e indicando a\u00e7\u00f5es priorit\u00e1rias para o avan\u00e7o das metas em 5 temas chave transversais:<\/p><ol><li>1. Mecanismos de financiamento;<\/li><li>Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental;<\/li><li>\u00a0Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria;<\/li><li>Mercados;<\/li><li>Difus\u00e3o de tecnologia e boas pr\u00e1ticas.<\/li><\/ol><p>Foi constitu\u00eddo um Comit\u00ea de Monitoramento que por sua vez construiu indicadores para as metas, e foi criada uma plataforma de monitoramento. Um Comit\u00ea de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, Valor e Engajamento tamb\u00e9m foi constitu\u00eddo, criando um portf\u00f3lio de projetos financi\u00e1veis e lan\u00e7ando um Grupo de A\u00e7\u00e3o Corporativa da\u00a0PCI\u00a0com o objetivo de engajar o setor privado em a\u00e7\u00f5es no territ\u00f3rio. Neste per\u00edodo, a\u00a0PCI\u00a0tamb\u00e9m se conecta a territ\u00f3rios e munic\u00edpios do estado atrav\u00e9s de Pactos regionais formados em parceria com a Iniciativa para o Com\u00e9rcio Sustent\u00e1vel &#8211; IDH.\u00a0Mato Grosso tamb\u00e9m avan\u00e7a na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de parcerias estrat\u00e9gicas e investimentos direcionados \u00e0 implementa\u00e7\u00e3o das metas, entre estas o MoU do Estado com a IDH, o Programa REM financiado pelo KFW da Alemanha e co-financiado pelo governo brit\u00e2nico, a PAGE, parceria para a economia verde com as Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas e o Banco Mundial, entre outras parcerias e investimentos privados.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2783\" aria-expanded=\"false\">2019<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2783\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2783\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p>Em 2019 o a nova gest\u00e3o no Governo do Estado de Mato Grosso determinou que a Estrat\u00e9gia PCI (Produzir, Conservar e Incluir) deveria ser implementada em parceria com uma entidade privada denominada Instituto PCI. Ademais foi definido um plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o composto por cinco pilares:<\/p><ol><li>Estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o do Instituto PCI;<\/li><li>Monitoramento;<\/li><li>Investimentos;<\/li><li>Regionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><li>Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2784\" aria-expanded=\"false\">2020<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div de um balan\u00e7o geral da Estrat\u00e9gia PCI no per\u00edodo de 2015 a 2020 onde foram apresentados os avan\u00e7os, dificuldades, aprendizados, resultados e impactos das metas em cada um dos tr\u00eas eixos da estrat\u00e9gia PCI;<\/li><li>Desenvolvimento de an\u00e1lises econ\u00f4micas e financeiras, e oportunidades de investimento no estado de Mato Grosso decorrentes da estrat\u00e9gia PCI (sendo este em implementa\u00e7\u00e3o durante 2021).<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"5\"
