Balance of Goals
The PCI targets monitoring committee aims to monitor the progress of all strategic actions towards the implementation of the PCI targets by 2030 in the state of Mato Grosso. The goal is to subsidize the improvement or action revision to ensure the credibility and transparency of the strategy.
Below are the objectives of the PCI Goals Monitoring:
Define indicators with data sources and methodology calculation;
Collect and analyze data for the calculation of indicators, in collaboration with other non-PCI member institutions;
Disseminate monitoring results through documents and monitoring platform, including the annual publication of the Balanço das Metas;
Analyze the contribution of public and private initiative projects and programs;
Collaborate with the Board of Directors and the Executive Board in assessing the status of implementation of the PCI Strategy and priority actions.
